Exenso Sawing System UTG for 90° separation cutting

The Exenso Sawing Systems UTG 300/90°-600/90° as a pusher version for automated sawing of aluminium or plastic profiles vastly increase the profile cutting capacity during production. Sources of errors are eliminated by loading cutting lists via the network. The high-precision positioning of the component is done via the Exenso Comfort length stop. The 6m rods are pushed by the saw and the cutting process is automatically activated. The operator extracts the cut profiles on the finishing side and prepares the profile during the sawing process.
